Flower Delivery and Care Instructions
Upon arrival, your flowers will be delivered wrapped in a gift box. Simply remove the flowers from the wrap and arrange them to your liking, following the included care instructions. Some blooms, such as tulips, lilies, and orchids, may be shipped in bud form to ensure maximum freshness.
To care for your flowers:
- Mix the provided flower food with warm water in the vase. Warm water helps the flowers absorb the water more quickly.
- Using scissors, cut the stems diagonally (at least half an inch) under running water. This allows the stems to start "drinking" immediately. Remove any leaves that will be submerged.
- Arrange the flowers in the vase and avoid placing them near drafts or direct sunlight. Buds will gradually open over the next 2-4 days, starting from the base.
- Remember to add fresh water to the vase every day and re-cut the stems every other day to help them continue absorbing water.
- Prune away any unwanted leaves and blossoms over time, which will encourage other blooms to open.
Delivery Information
Orders placed Monday through Thursday before 2 PM EST will be delivered the following day. Unfortunately, we do not offer Saturday, Sunday, or Monday delivery options.
